A silicon carbide liner provides up to a 50% longer life and weighs 40% less than a tungsten carbide liner. The polyurethane jacket and threads provides impact protection for the silicon carbide liner. This combination of materials produces a “featherweight” nozzle to reduce operator fatigue and increase production rates. The Marco Silicon Carbide All Poly Nozzle is offered in 1” entry with 1-1/4" threads and 1-1/4” wide-entry with 50MM threads for increased production.
