Emerald Blast Nickel Slag is a fast-cutting, disposable abrasive designed for aggressive surface preparation. Its hard, angular particles quickly remove rust, mill scale, and old coatings while producing a consistent anchor profile for coating adhesion. With low free silica and consistent sizing, Emerald Blast delivers reliable performance for industrial blasting applications including new steel construction, heavy rust and corrosion, coating removal, maintenance and restoration.
